Job Description Job Title: Trade Compliance Manager (China & SEA) Overview Manage cross-border trade compliance covering customs, tax and foreign exchange rules in China and Southeast Asia, oversee risk control, clearance optimization and government liaison. Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor and interpret updates of local customs, tax and forex regulations. 2. Control compliance risks and optimize customs clearance solutions. 3. Communicate with authorities and handle official inspections & audits. 4. Evaluate counterparties’ compliance and propose process improvements. 5. Prepare analytical reports and track legislative changes. Requirements 1. 4+ years foreign trade experience, minimum 1 year management experience. 2. Deep knowledge of China customs, tax and forex regulatory system. 3. Familiar with core risks of international economic activities. 4. Fluent English with strong communication skills. 5. Capable of setting team strategies and solving complex non-standard issues. Preferred Customs, tax or international trade compliance professional certificates.
