Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, full P&L management.
Act as finance BP, Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
Performance Analysis
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts.
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance.
Support senior management with data-driven recommendations.
Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
职位要求
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Fluent oral English.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
