FP&A Mgr

Responsibilities - Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term financial planning processes. - Build and maintain financial models to improve accuracy and flexibility of forecasts. - Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, and region to identify growth opportunities and risks. - Perform detailed product cost and variance analysis to drive operational improvements. - Develop financial models for strategic initiatives (new product launches, market expansion, M&A) and conduct ROI and scenario analysis. - Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A processes; act as key owner of SAP costing module to ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation. - Deliver timely and insightful monthly/quarterly management reports, incorporating key manufacturing and cost KPIs. - Utilize BI tools to create interactive dashboards and empower business partners with self-service analytics. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. - 8+ years of relevant finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A, demonstrating progressive responsibility. - Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus. - Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles. - Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across cultures.
