You will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs, providing comprehensive and strategic legal support for global business operations. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will ensure compliance with evolving regulations and safeguard the company's legal and commercial interests. Key focus as below - Outbound Merger & Acquisitions , JV operation and corporate governance - Support all commercial legal affairs including sales, distributor management, procurements and etc. - Provide practical advices to commercial team

职位要求

- LL.B above from reputable law school, common law education / practice experience will be a plus - Minimum of 10 years working experience, material, nutrition, FMCG, industry relevant experience will be a plus - Fluent in English, especially on intercultural communication
