Key Responsibilities（主要职责） 1. Category Strategy Development（品类战略制定） Develop and implement global category strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct market analysis, cost modeling, and supply landscape assessments Identify long‑term opportunities for cost reduction, innovation, and risk mitigation Build multi‑year category roadmaps and ensure global execution consistency 2. Strategic Sourcing（战略采购） Lead sourcing initiatives including RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and contract negotiation Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, technology, and sustainability Drive competitive bidding and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization Support localization, dual‑sourcing, and supply chain resilience programs 3. Supplier Relationship Management（供应商关系管理） Develop and maintain strong partnerships with strategic suppliers Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance improvement plans Monitor supplier KPIs including cost, delivery, quality, and capacity Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, cost‑down, and value‑engineering initiatives 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration（跨部门协作） Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal Support new product introduction (NPI) through early supplier involvement Align with regional procurement teams to ensure global category governance Provide category insights to support budgeting and long‑term planning 5. Cost & Risk Management（成本与风险管理） Develop annual cost‑reduction plans and deliver productivity targets Conduct cost breakdown analysis and should‑cost modeling Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with company policies, ESG requirements, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications（任职要求） Education（教育背景） Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience（经验要求） 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience Experience managing global or regional categories Proven success in supplier negotiation and category strategy execution Background in manufacturing industries（如电子、医疗器械、汽车、机械等）优先 Skills & Competencies（技能与能力） Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Proficiency with ERP systems（SAP/Oracle/Agile 等） Ability to work across cultures, regions, and time zones Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus   Preferred Qualifications（加分项） Experience with NPI sourcing or high‑complexity categories Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain digitalization tools Experience managing suppliers in Asia/Europe/North America
