Global Manager, Supply Chain Management

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning and inventory management across global operations. Drive the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between commercial objectives, operational capabilities and customer requirements. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance and regional business teams. Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to ensure adequate production capacity and material availability to support business growth. Work closely with procurement and sourcing teams on material planning, supplier capacity management and supply continuity initiatives. Establish inventory strategies and policies to optimize stock levels while balancing service levels, working capital and operational risks. Identify supply chain risks, bottlenecks and constraints, and develop mitigation plans to improve resilience and business continuity. Lead global supply chain improvement projects focused on process optimization, cost efficiency and operational excellence. Standardize supply chain planning processes, governance and KPIs across multiple regions and business units. Drive system and digital transformation initiatives related to supply chain planning, forecasting and inventory management. Monitor key supply chain performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain planning team while fostering cross-functional collaboration across global stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, demand planning or related functions within a multinational environment. Strong hands-on experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning and inventory management. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across global organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, IBP or equivalent platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills required.
