1. Experience requirements for candidates
Priority should be given to candidates with extensive experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD), with at least 10 years of work experience in the T&D field and a strong foundation in General HR.
Candidates are required to have successful experience in organizational change and cultural integration, especially in driving related work in the context of corporate mergers. Given the merger of two entities in the company, candidates need to be able to cope with the challenges of integrating different corporate cultures, such as the integration of private and state-owned corporate cultures.
Experience working in traditional industries or manufacturing fields is preferred, familiar with talent management and organizational operation models in manufacturing enterprises.
2. Ability and trait requirements
Strong leadership and personnel management skills are required, able to manage 2 Senior Managers and lead a team of around 10 people, and adapt to the possible expansion of the team size.
Has excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate smoothly with Global to support her work. At the same time, it is necessary to effectively counter strong stakeholders and promote the implementation of various tasks.
Having data-driven decision-making capabilities, able to enhance organizational capabilities, plan employee development paths, and achieve the company's short-term, medium-term, and long-term growth goals through the design and optimization of capability models and HR plans. Have relevant experience in digital skills to adapt to the digital development needs of the company.
