Key Responsibilities
Fully oversee daily operations, team management, and business execution for the China organization (approx. 20+ employees).
Report directly to the CEO based in the UK, ensuring transparent communication, efficient decision‑making, and strong results orientation.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and related teams to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets.
Maintain close communication with global offices to ensure alignment between the China team and overall corporate strategy.
Optimize organizational structure, enhance team capabilities, and build a high‑performing, accountable management system.
Lead the introduction and execution of new products (energy monitoring devices, medical‑related products, electronic components, etc.).
Oversee supplier management, cost optimization, and risk control.
Take a hands‑on approach to engage directly with operations, resolve critical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Represent the China team in global projects, cross‑border meetings, and strategic discussions.
职位要求
Qualifications
10+ years of management experience in manufacturing or technology hardware industries, with strong cross‑functional leadership capabilities.
Experience working in international companies; comfortable with direct, transparent, and results‑driven communication styles.
Familiarity with electronic devices or related products preferred; engineering knowledge is a plus.
Strong sense of ownership, execution capability, and a hands‑on working style.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide both local teams and collaborate effectively with overseas teams.
Proficient in English for direct communication with global management.
Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details to ensure execution.
