Job Description
The FSQ Head is responsible for safeguarding product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across the China business. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive standardization, strengthen operational excellence, and build a high‑performance FSQ culture aligned with multinational corporate expectations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of FSQ experience in multinational food companies or related industries.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading sizeable teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
Deep understanding of China food safety regulations and global FSQ standards.
Demonstrated experience in system standardization, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in both English and Chinese.
Experience working with global brands (e.g., QSR, retail, FMCG) is highly preferred.
