Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR partnership Collaborate with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
Talent management Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
Employee relations advisory Provide guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations.
Change management Lead or support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication.
Workforce analytics Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions.
Policy and compliance Ensure HR practices comply with local laws and internal standards.
Culture and engagement Partner with leaders to strengthen team culture and drive engagement programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HR expertise across talent, ER, performance, and organizational development
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and relationship‑building capability
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in fast‑paced environments
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
