职位描述
1. Responsible for the overall product and process quality of Injection plant (finished frames and components).
2. Driving quality problem solving.
3. Driving to meet/achieve plant quality KPI targets.
4. Responsible for continuous plant quality improvement.
5. Maintaining and improving the plant ISO9001 system.
6. Responsible for the plant product and process quality training.
7. Other tasks assigned by management.
职位要求
Job Requirements:
1. Process quality management and continuous improvement experience in injection or metal production industry.
2. Familiar with advance quality tools (APQA/FMEA/SPC/8D/Control Plan), six sigma knowledge or project management. experience preferable.
3. Good problems analysis and problem-solving skills.
4. New Product introduction experience preferable.
