your new company Foreign-funded nonferrous metal mining enterprises, candidates will be responsible for introducing advanced new technologies and equipment from China for the transformation and upgrading of old production facilities in global factories, covering metals such as nickel, copper, palladium, cobalt and their processing technologies. This role will participate in the entire process including technical research, supplier liaison, on-site inspection and communication, and regularly travel around the world. Main responsibilities - Insight and collect cutting-edge technologies and equipment suitable for metallurgical process upgrades, focusing on hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processes; - Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with domestic technical research institutions (such as the Green Metallurgical Research Institute) and equipment suppliers; - Based on the specific needs of the headquarters and engineering team, screen and evaluate appropriate solutions; - Assist the headquarters technical team in selection, testing and technical docking; - Regularly visit the headquarters production site for inspection, project communication or technical support; - Maintain efficient communication with the Chinese team and headquarters to promote various technology implementation projects. Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above in engineering or metallurgy related majors; - At least 5 years of technical experience in engineering general contracting companies, metallurgical project companies or metal processing fields; - Familiar with the smelting and processing technology of metals such as nickel, copper, palladium, platinum, etc., and those with experience in hydrometallurgical or pyrometallurgical projects are preferred; - Fluent in English and able to communicate smoothly with the headquarters management; - Those with backgrounds in large mining and metallurgical companies are preferred, such as Jinchuan, Huayou Cobalt, Tsingshan, GEM, Zhongwei, Zijin Mining, etc.; - If you have a background in manganese products or are engaged in procurement and engineering project management, you are also welcome to submit your resume for evaluation;
