• Fulfill the Result targets set in our 1YP for Machinery, Office Appliance, Home Appliance, White good.
• Manage project milestones and reach targets planned for each account (acc. 1YP and 3 YP)
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with Tier1 / Tier2 / OEM and secure EMS-GRIVORY is perceived as development partner
• Liaise with AD, PM’s and TCS in order to generate new leads and explore new opportunities
• Develop Sales Planes and account profiles to secure sustainable growth
• Identify new Key Accounts in Machinery industry
• Arrange product-, processing-, technical training to improve distributor’s capabilities
• Plan fulfillment for defined customers / accounts (based on 1-YP)
• Build up relationship Key Account Manager in UBGR / UBGA to secure maximum success in relocation and transfer business as well as interchange of information
Duties
• To prepare net sales and quantity for allocated Key Accounts / customers according to UBGS procedure of the 1-YP and 3-YP
• To prepare cost budget accordingly
• To ensure competitive product assortment
• Is always up to date with technological advances, new process, new products
• Understand the competition and their strategy at our Key accounts
• To propose/request new product developments when new opportunities arise
• Responsible for the successful and timely execution of sales respectively development projects by strong Project management and Controlling.
• To propose price strategy and minimum sales price (request minimum sales prices of prices below agreed price list)
• To ensure communication exchange of market intelligence information
• To analyze competitors products and activities
• To attend international meeting and fairs on request
• To carry out and fulfill action programs
• Carry out technical seminars and presentations internally and externally
• Compulsory reporting:
Visit reports (SSS) within 3 days
Monthly flash report with subsequent rolling forecast
