Research & Enquiries
Serve as the main contact for legal and business research requests.
Conduct legal, commercial, client, and market research using internal and external sources.
Summarise and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Log all enquiries to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
Library & Information Resource Management
Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the firm’s library resources, including books, journals, loose‑leafs, databases, and digital tools.
Maintain the library catalogue and ensure resources are up‑to‑date, accessible, and aligned with practice needs.
Evaluate, recommend, and help implement new research tools and information systems.
Promote effective use of library resources across the office.
Current Awareness
Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments.
Deliver tailored news updates using current awareness platforms.
Share relevant insights with the wider information team.
Training & Support
Provide training to lawyers and business teams on research tools and library resources.
Support onboarding of new joiners on information systems.
Promote best practices in research and information usage.
Professional Development
Build expertise in legal and business research.
Participate in practice meetings and global information networks.
Share knowledge and contribute to team development.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; information/library science qualification preferred.

Experience
Experience in research or information services within a professional services environment.
Hands‑on experience managing library resources or information collections.
Strong technical skills with research tools and information systems.
Ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
