Advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters relevant to operations in Germany and the EU.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership arrangements.
Support compliance initiatives, including data protection (GDPR), competition law, employment matters, and industry‑specific regulatory requirements.
Manage legal aspects of cross‑border transactions and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and internal policy development.
Provide training to business teams on legal and compliance topics.
Monitor legal developments in Germany and the EU and assess their impact on the business.
Support dispute resolution and litigation management as required.
职位要求
Fully qualified German lawyer (Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin).
4–7 years of post‑qualification experience, ideally gained in a reputable law firm and/or in‑house legal department.
Strong knowledge of German commercial and corporate law; familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks.
Experience working in an international or technology‑driven environment is an advantage.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in German and English.
Ability to balance legal risk with practical business needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
