Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end legal support for supply chain operations, including procurement, raw materials, packaging, warehousing, transportation, logistics services and other high-risk commercial contracts. Act as the core legal support for logistics model transformation projects, including the shift from leased warehouses to self-built logistics centers. Support government communication, commercial negotiations, legacy contract review, contract remediation and risk mitigation planning. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in food safety, quality control and supply chain compliance. Support responses to store-level food safety incidents, escalated complaints, regulatory inquiries and potential crisis situations. Deliver regular legal and compliance training to procurement, logistics, quality, food safety and innovation teams. Support internal investigations, process improvement and contract template standardization. Support supply chain innovation and strategic investment projects, including upstream partnerships, M&A-related matters, new business pilots, online business initiatives and emerging supply chain models. Proactively identify legal, regulatory, policy and market risks that may impact supply chain operations and provide practical, business-focused solutions.

职位要求

LL.B above with PRC Bar 8+ years working experience with solid exposure on general legal counselling, experienced in FMCG industry will be a plus  5+ Law firm experience is a must  Fluent in English, agile and smart, humble with strong learning abilitty  The successful candidate should be hands-on, commercially practical and comfortable advising business teams in complex and fast-moving operational environments.
