Commercial Contract Review & Management Draft, review, and revise legal documents, with a focus on commercial contracts related to capex projects, including EPC and other complex project agreements. Support internal stakeholders throughout the contract negotiation process, providing practical, business‑oriented legal advice. Develop, update, and maintain commercial contract templates and related documentation. Conduct legal risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to support project execution. Deliver training to internal teams on contract terms, legal risks, and best practices. Compliance & Governance Provide compliance support across key areas including FCPA, competition/antitrust, privacy, digital governance, and trade controls. Assist in implementing and enhancing internal compliance policies and procedures. Corporate & Transactional Support Support integration activities for M&A projects, including due diligence, documentation review, and post‑closing implementation. Manage dispute resolution matters, including coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders. Contribute to internal legal team initiatives, knowledge management, and process improvements.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Law; PRC Bar admission required. Approximately 7+ years of post‑qualification experience. Strong law firm background preferred; experience with capex projects, EPC, infrastructure, or plant setup is a must have. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. High ethical standards and strong professional integrity. Self‑motivated, responsive, and well‑organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new business models, technologies, and regulatory environments. Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
