Lending Operation Manager

1. Supervise and manage overall daily operations in the products of Bilateral Loan both for Personal and Corporate and Syndication Loan including loan drawdown, rollover and repayment; 监督和管理个人、企业及银团双边贷款产品的日常整体运作，包括提款、展期和还款; 2. Monitor daily operation processing to ensure all transactions completed properly within the required timeframe; 监控日常操作处理，确保所有事务在规定的时间内正确完成; 3. Check and ensure the completeness and accuracy of loan data input and approve the transaction records; 检查并确保贷款数据录入的完整性和准确性，审批交易记录; 4. Review and approve payments to designate account or by CHATS etc; 审核和批准指定账户或CHATS等付款; 5. Supervise and check the following daily processing task; 监督检查日常处理任务; 6. Prepare periodical statistic reports to Senior Management; 准备定期的统计报告给高级管理层; 7. Comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures that are devised based on applicable regulatory and internal control requirements. 遵守银行根据适用的法规和内部控制要求制定的政策和程序。

1. University graduate, preferably major in business, finance; 大学本科毕业，商务、金融专业优先; 2. Preferable over 3 years of experience in banking sector cover the following: At least 2 years of working experience in lending operations at managerial level and managing more than 30 people; 3年以上银行业工作经验，包括2年以上管理30人以上规模的贷款业务团队经验; 3. In-depth knowledge in loan operation and financial services for personal/corporate customers; 对个人/企业客户的贷款操作和金融服务有深入的了解; 4. Good understanding of banking practice, internal & external guideline, policies and rules; 熟悉银行业务、内部和外部指导方针、政策和规则； 5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills; 具有较强的领导能力、解决问题能力、分析能力和沟通能力; 6. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese. Cantonese proficiency is an advantage. 良好的中英文书写和口语能力，精通粤语者优先。
