As a Licensing Manager in the China Market Unit, you'll be instrumental in executing strategies for efficient management of patent licensing programs.
You need to Identify and evaluate new opportunities for patent licensing in China. You will also need to Maintain effective communication and engagement with potential licensees/licensors in the market and assist in the review of licensing contracts and agreements. You will partner with and support other licensing team members in contract negotiations with potential customers (licensees and licensors).
职位要求
To excel this role, you should have general understanding of patent licensing and Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals, financial analysis, and legal contracts. You need to be familiar with high tech industries such as consumer electronics, mobile/smart phones and Internet of Things (IoT).Knowledge of the application of key and standards-based technologies such as cellular and Wi-Fi in everyday life is preferred. You also need to have Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, and an ability to use the skills in effective communications with global team members and customers.
