职位描述

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Be expert on the related therapeutic areas to support the BD activities from medical and scientific perspective Acknowledging the guideline, academic progress and trends of the related therapeutic area, reading related reference/documents，attending academic conference  Reading internal data, grasp the pipeline information Effective communication with KOL, understanding Chinese clinical practice and clinical requirements Provide medical/scientific evaluation to support due diligence   Explore the external research, technologies and assets Closely monitor the company interested disease area treatment landscape and competitor intelligence. Collaborate with BD team to explore the external collaboration opportunities. Build up the connection with top academia, hospitals, bio-tech to scouting on the external opportunities. Review the available pre-clinical, clinical data to evaluate the assets/technologies.   Take on new or early-stage projects and work on China development strategy if needed. Contribute to the CDP, development strategy of the new assets if necessary Support the transition to company portfolio Working closely with project team members, discussing and reviewing clinical study related documents and timeline if necessary Support IND if necessary    

职位要求

1、Education:  Master’s degree in medicine or higher preferred or PhD.  BD experience or supporting role from development Medical functions.  Knowledge: ICH/Chinese GCP  Compliance and Pharmacovigilance  Pharmaceutical industry environment  Clinical development process 2、Skills:  Fluency in English  Excellent in oral presentation both in English and Chinese  Excellent negotiation skill 3、Experience BD experience or supporting role from development Medical functions
