Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs using .NET Core/.NET
Drive technical design discussions, system architecture decisions, and best‑practice implementation
Mentor and guide a team of .NET engineers, providing code reviews, technical coaching, and career support
Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Ensure backend systems meet standards for scalability, performance, reliability, and security
Oversee integration with databases, cloud services, third‑party APIs, and internal platforms
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root‑cause analysis
Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve system efficiency and developer productivity
Maintain documentation, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
职位要求
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and backend service development
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also valuable)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and security principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑team collaboration skills
