1. Operational ExecutionBreak down and implement strategic plans; coordinate strategy tracking, business reviews, and target adjustments.• Liaise with Global teams to complete reporting and alignment.2. Business Operations — Full‑cycle Sales Operations Management• Build a standardized sales operations system and optimize operational processes.• Ensure efficient and compliant execution of sales activities across all business units.3. Risk & Compliance Management• Implement compliance requirements for the medical device industry; oversee sales compliance, internal controls, segregation of duties (SOD), and policy supervision.• Conduct compliance risk assessments and corrective actions across all business units to ensure compliant business operations.• Establish a business risk early‑warning mechanism, develop improvement plans, and drive implementation.4. Business Partner Enablement — Integrated BP Support• Coordinate HRBP and Finance BP functions to provide one‑stop support including workforce planning, recruitment, performance implementation, budget control, cost analysis, and business profitability assessment.5. Efficiency & Organizational Development• Build organizational, operational, and compliance management systems suitable for a multi‑business‑unit structure.• Lead policy formulation, revision, implementation, and supervision to unify management standards.• Coordinate internal and external resources to promote cross‑BU collaboration and company‑level key initiatives.• Identify business pain points and lead planning and execution for new regions, new channels, and new business models.6. Execution & HQ Coordination• Responsible for Global business data submission, policy communication, and management requirement implementation.• Standardize domestic and international management practices to ensure a closed‑loop management system between HQ and the sales company.
