Your new role:
You will provide hands-on legal, contract and administrative support to the business, working closely with internal stakeholders across a range of day-to-day commercial matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including sales contracts, vendor agreements and NDAs
Supporting the full contract lifecycle from drafting and review through to execution, filing and system maintenance
Assisting with corporate governance and entity management, including annual filings and corporate changes
Coordinating legal administration, document execution and payment requests
Providing practical legal and operational support to internal stakeholders and business functions

What you'll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
1–3 years' experience in legal, contract management, paralegal or a related function
A good foundational understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
The ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
A proactive, organised approach and confidence working independently
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
