o Ensure that all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems are obeyed.
o The incumbent is the key contact and spokesperson for the plant in product process area.
o Develop and maintain the Process Map, Control Plan, Flow Chart and PFMEA.
o Process onsite audit to insure the implementation.
o Retrain the supervisors and the operators as needed.

Strong Communications skills with all levels of the plant, technical department, sales organization and the customers.
Strong Analytical Skills .
Build Respect
B.S. of chemical engineering or relevant major
Good English communication skills;
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Safety Management, Quality Management System.
