Source and procure food-grade packaging materials (e.g., recyclable plastics, paper packaging, vacuum-sealed bags) and indirect items (production equipment parts, office supplies, cleaning materials) that meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. 2. Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and flexible delivery schedules, balancing cost efficiency with environmental sustainability goals. 3. Evaluate supplier capabilities, including production capacity, lead times, and compliance with food contact material regulations (GB 4806 series), to ensure reliable supply. 4. Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to align packaging procurement with brand guidelines and new product launch plans, including customized packaging solutions. 5. Monitor inventory levels of packaging and indirect goods, implementing inventory control measures to avoid stockouts or overstocking, and optimizing storage costs. 6. Conduct market research on new packaging materials and technologies (e.g., biodegradable packaging) to drive innovation and enhance product competitiveness. 7. Assist in the development of procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local legal requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Logistics Management, Business, or related disciplines. 2. 2 years of purchasing experience in the food industry, with a focus on packaging materials or indirect goods procurement. 3. Good command of English (written and spoken), able to handle English documents and communicate with foreign suppliers; native Chinese speaker. 4. Knowledge of food packaging safety standards, material properties, and sustainability trends in the F&B industry. 5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams. 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and purchase order management; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. 7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
