Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy — Support product planning, category insights, and competitive analysis to guide portfolio decisions.
Go‑to‑Market Planning — Coordinate launch timelines, messaging, and channel activation for new beauty or fragrance products.
Marketing Asset Development — Work with creative teams to deliver product copy, visuals, and campaign materials.
Performance Tracking — Monitor sales, campaign KPIs, and consumer feedback to optimize marketing plans.
Cross‑functional Collaboration — Partner with sales, e‑commerce, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Brand Consistency — Ensure all product communication aligns with brand tone, positioning, and global guidelines.
职位要求
Requirements
1–3 years experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or category management.
Background in beauty or fragrance is required.
Strong understanding of consumer trends and product storytelling.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Proficient in project coordination and stakeholder communication.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights.
Passion for beauty, fragrance, and brand building.
