Production manager

• Execute the production schedule in close cooperation with the Planning Department. • Solve upcoming technical problems timely, on-site and with hands-on mindset. • Direct the 3 supervisors to meet output, quality, scrap, and OEE targets without delaying the plan. • Adjust shift priorities in real time (e.g., changeovers, machine allocation) while respecting the master schedule. • Resolve inter-department conflicts • Approve overtime, shift coverage, and vacation requests from supervisors. • Implement and execute a fair and motivating bonus system for all employees in production
