Project Legal Counsel

Company Overview A leading company with extensive business presence in infrastructure and energy-related projects, providing integrated solutions across project development, investment and operations. Job Responsibilities - Provide legal support for various energy and infrastructure projects, including project development, construction, procurement, and commercial operations. - Draft, review and negotiate project-related agreements, including EPC contracts, supply agreements, service agreements and other commercial contracts. - Identify and manage legal risks throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with internal business teams and external advisors. - Support project bidding, tendering, compliance matters and contract execution processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, qualified lawyer preferred. - 5+ years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction or related industries. - Strong experience in project-based legal support and commercial contract negotiation. - Good understanding of EPC/project contracts and experience working with multiple stakeholders. - Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
