Job Description: Technology Project Manager
Reporting To: GM
People Management: No | Direct Reports: 0
Job Overview
Conduct technology scouting in China’s non-ferrous ore beneficiation industry. Map domestic beneficiation plants, analyze their technologies, build connections with technologists and representatives from institutes, equipment suppliers and other related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and organize info on China’s non-ferrous metal beneficiation plants.
2. Study and evaluate the efficiency and feasibility of plant technologies.
3. Establish cooperative relationships with industry professionals for experience and info sharing.
4. Plan and coordinate on-site visits to study production processes.
5. Negotiate and collaborate with business and production teams to achieve company goals.
职位要求
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s or above in Engineering, Metallurgy or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years in ore beneficiation or related technologies.
• Skills: Fluent English (oral & written); strong communication, analytical and adaptability skills.
• Preferred: Certifications in Metallurgy or Beneficiation Technology.
Position Details
• Travel: Up to 20% of working time for business trips.
• Telework: Not available.
• Location: Nanshan, Shenzhen.
