Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, use job boards/databases, and social media to find qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform competency-based or video interviews. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Meet with hiring managers to determine job requirements and provide updates on hiring progress. Candidate Management: Serve as the point of contact, building relationships with applicants and managing the interview process. Onboarding & Administration: Prepare, extend, and negotiate job offers; handle background checks, reference checks, and initial onboarding paperwork. Reporting & Compliance: Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure compliance with employment laws.
