1. Strategic & Business Partnership Serve as a key financial counterpart to regional commercial leadership, providing data‑driven insights to support strategic planning, pricing decisions, profitability evaluation and new‑market assessments. Anticipate risks and opportunities, deliver forward‑looking financial analysis, and ensure finance is actively involved in major business decisions from the outset. 2. Financial Operations & Process Enhancement Establish and continuously refine financial processes, reporting frameworks and analytical mechanisms to support multi‑channel and distributor‑driven business models. Strengthen coordination between regional operations and headquarters to improve reporting accuracy, operational transparency and financial governance. Oversee financial control activities across the APAC/SEA region to ensure compliance and high‑quality financial data. 3. Team Development & Leadership Support the long‑term development of a capable regional finance team, fostering strong execution, analytical capability and cross‑functional collaboration.

职位要求

1. Experience & Background 10+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Business Partner or Senior FP&A role supporting sales, marketing or commercial operations. 2. Commercial Finance Expertise Solid experience working with complex distributor structures or indirect sales models, with strong understanding of pricing, margin management and rebate mechanisms. 3. Technical Finance Skills Well‑rounded finance knowledge, covering both financial control and FP&A, with hands‑on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance. 4. Cross‑border Collaboration Demonstrated ability to work effectively with headquarters teams in a multinational environment, ensuring alignment and smooth communication. 5. Regional Experience (Preferred) Prior exposure to APAC/SEA regional finance responsibilities is highly advantageous.
