• To be a team member of Retail Loans team of Lending Operations Department.
• To support loan administration of Consumer Loan, Mortgage Loan, Hire Purchase & SME Loan products.
• To perform loan account administration and repayment services, prepare loan documentation & instruction letters, account set up, data input and account maintenance in loan and internal bank systems.
• To handle CRA and CCRA enquiries for new loan applications and existing account review.
• To handle financial data transaction input & GL posting, daily account reconciliation, data input and maintenance in loan and other systems.
• To handle email and telephone requests and general enquiries from internal & external customers.
• To participate in UAT and project implementation.
• To assist team head on all operational issues and ad hoc tasks.
• Job rotation to support other Retail Loans Operations may be required, when necessary.
职位要求
• University graduate, preferably major in business, finance; OR preferable over 3 years of experience in banking sector cover the following:
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in lending operations;
- Possess general banking experiences with job knowledge in credit administration/ loan operations and financial services for corporate/ personal customers in a cross-functional department
• Able to work under high pressure and complete the assigned tasks within the schedules;
• Familiar with the technical tools, such as Tableau, MS Office with a logical and analytical sense of mind
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess strong risk awareness
• Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills, including Cantonese, Mandarin and English
