About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand building, social seeding, and integrated marketing communications for our skin care portfolio. This role will drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and business growth through innovative content, influencer partnerships, and 360° IMC campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute annual brand strategy, positioning, and growth roadmap
Lead brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Identify consumer insights, category trends, and competitive dynamics to guide strategy
2. Social Seeding & Influencer/KOL Strategy
Build and manage a comprehensive social seeding program across platforms (RED/XHS, Douyin, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs, KOCs, dermatologists, beauty creators, and community leaders
Develop seeding playbooks, gifting strategies, and content guidelines
Track content performance, sentiment, and ROI to optimize influencer investment
3. IMC Campaign Development
Lead 360° IMC planning for product launches, hero campaigns, and brand moments
Oversee creative development across digital, social, PR, retail, and offline activations
Partner with media, PR, creative, and digital agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
Ensure seamless execution across paid, owned, and earned channels
4. Product Launch & Innovation
Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches
Collaborate with R&D, product development, and supply chain on innovation pipeline
Develop launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, and retail activation plans
5. Digital & Social Media Management
Oversee brand presence across social platforms, ensuring high‑quality content and engagement
Partner with digital teams on paid media strategy, content amplification, and performance optimization
Monitor social listening, consumer feedback, and beauty community trends
6. Budget & Performance Management
Manage annual brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels
Track brand KPIs: awareness, engagement, conversion, market share, and ROI
Provide monthly business reviews and strategic recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience
6–10 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in skin care, beauty, personal care, or FMCG
Proven track record in social seeding, influencer marketing, and IMC campaign leadership
