Independently manage labor arbitration and litigation matters from strategy through court appearances.
Advise HR and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and workforce restructuring.
Support sensitive employee issues, including PIP and high-risk employment matters.
Provide practical labor law guidance to manufacturing and commercial operations.
Develop dispute prevention strategies and drive employment law compliance initiatives.
职位要求
Qualified PRC lawyer with strong labor and employment law expertise.
Proven experience at least 10 yrs handling labor disputes and appearing independently in arbitration and court proceedings.
Open to candidates currently in-house or from leading law firm dispute resolution / labor law practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English preferred for regional interaction.
Preferred Profile
Educational background from top-tier universities, including C9, leading overseas institutions, or renowned Chinese law schools.
Experience advising multinational companies on complex employment matters.
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
