The Senior E-commerce Product Manager leads the strategic development, optimization, and innovation of the company’s digital commerce ecosystem. This role drives high impact initiatives, mentors product teams, and partners with cross functional leaders to accelerate business growth, enhance customer experience, and scale platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy — Own and refine the long term product vision and multi year roadmap for the e commerce platform, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and revenue goals.
Leadership & Mentorship — Guide junior PMs, provide structured feedback, and elevate product thinking across the organization.
Advanced Requirements Management — Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Cross functional Leadership — Partner with engineering, design, operations, marketing, data science, and finance to deliver scalable, high quality product solutions.
Customer Experience Excellence — Lead initiatives to optimize end to end customer journeys, focusing on conversion, retention, personalization, and friction reduction.
Data Driven Optimization — Use advanced analytics, experimentation frameworks, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and validate product decisions.
Program & Release Management — Oversee complex product development cycles, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of major releases.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication — Present product strategies, business cases, and performance updates to senior leadership and cross functional partners.
Market Intelligence — Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Operational Excellence — Monitor and optimize KPIs such as GMV, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and funnel performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in e commerce, digital product management, or internet platforms.
Proven success leading large scale product initiatives with measurable business impact.
Deep understanding of e commerce operations, including payments, logistics, merchandising, and growth funnels.
Strong proficiency with product and data tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, SQL, GA, Tableau, Amplitude).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile environments and managing cross functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI driven personalization, recommendation systems, or search optimization.
Knowledge of growth loops, retention strategies, and performance marketing.
Familiarity with international e commerce, cross border logistics, or multi market product scaling.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, user research, and experimentation frameworks.
