Your New Company  This prestigious multinational retail & consumer company based in Shanghai is famous for its aspirational house brands and extensive retail footprint of over 300+ stores across Greater China. Due to strategic business growth, they are seeking a high-caliber Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team and drive commercial, operational, and IP legal strategy.   Your New Role: In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by acting as a strategic legal business partner to the General Counsel, contributing to the overall legal strategy and comprehensive risk management framework for Greater China. You will manage a qualified team of Legal Counsels, overseeing core business legal support (Merchandising, Real Estate/Retail Operations across 300+ stores, Supply Chain, Advertising & Content Compliance) while acting as the local IP Strategist and dedicated legal correspondent for the HK market.

职位要求

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess: A strong foundation in commercial law, corporate governance, advertising compliance, and IP enforcement/portfolio management within multinational retail, FMCG, or commercial environments. Significant years of post-qualification experience with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing legal talent. Excellent strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and cross-border stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with global teams and local business units.
