Key Responsibilities
1. Shared Services Setup
• Lead the planning and establishment of Shared Services operations in China for Finance, Procurement & HR.
• Identify and evaluate real estate options; negotiate commercial lease agreements.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure office infrastructure readiness, including IT & data services, and statutory registrations.
2. Talent Management & Operational Transition
• Recruit, train, onboard, and manage staff for the shared services team (25 to 50 personnel).
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure seamless process migration from client sites including RACI, SOP and KPIs documentation and tracking.
• Drive team-building initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement.
3. Governance, Monitoring & Compliance
• Implement project management frameworks with governance cadence and SLA monitoring.
• Ensure statutory compliance for payroll, establishment, and safety regulations.
• Monitor ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for process integrity, data security, and migration accuracy.
4. Financial & Operational Management
• Prepare and manage the shared service centre budget, balancing cost-effectiveness and operational needs.
• Manage stakeholder and client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Maintain robust controls for access requests, data confidentiality, and system permissions.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
• Total 10 years work experience in finance/procurement/ HR, prefer minimum 3 years in GBS & prefer experience in establishing Shared Services Centres in China.
• Proven leadership in managing teams of 25 + back-office professionals.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Hands-on ERP experience, particularly SAP, with expertise in data security and migration.
Educational Background:
• Bachelors in Commerce/ Finance/ Business administration preferred.
