Lead day‑to‑day operations across U.S. and China support teams, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution. Oversee and continuously improve planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment operations. Drive operational readiness and execution for omni‑channel business models, including e‑commerce, retail, wholesale, and marketplace channels. Develop and monitor key operational KPIs to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and customer experience targets are met. Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Partner closely with supply chain, logistics, merchandising, customer service, and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. Support global expansion initiatives by building scalable processes and operational frameworks. Prepare executive‑level reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning roles, ideally within a global or multi‑regional organization. Strong background in planning (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP). Proven experience managing omni‑channel operations, including e‑commerce and retail fulfillment. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions. Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑border teams and navigate cultural differences effectively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Experience with ERP, planning, or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, o9, Kinaxis) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
