Senior Planner

• Plan worldwide service parts requirements using SAP • Employ cost analysis techniques to determine inventory levels to achieve business objectives • Procure parts and negotiate schedules and costs with sources of supply • Analyze monthly reports to track progress and drive improvement opportunities • Interact with parts planning staff, service engineering, customer order services and warehouse personnel to optimize parts plans and processes • Evaluate service parts that are set up on exchange for repair opportunities • Identify service parts eligible for warranty credit/replacement from vendor • Additional projects in support of various improvement initiatives • Identify, support and drive improvements projects related to the WW service parts operations. Projects may cross over to all regions responsible for the distribution of Carestream service parts • Monitor and provide oversight for Field Planning activities (FEs and FSLs) to ensure proper inventory management are in place • Act as liaison between Service Parts Planning and C4C Team
