To support the rapid growth of our product and engineering teams, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on QA Manager to define and lead our QA strategy.
We are looking for someone with solid technical background in software testing and automation, along with proven experience in managing or mentoring QA professionals. This role will be instrumental in building a high-performing QA team and shaping the future of quality assurance across our organization.
Position Details
•Develop and execute the overall QA strategy to ensure high product quality
•Lead, manage, and mentor the QA team to build capabilities
•Oversee manual testing to cover critical features and workflows
•Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to improve quality
•Participate in project planning and release readiness to guarantee thorough testing
•Monitor and analyze testing metrics and quality data to optimize processes
职位要求
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role.
•Strong hands-on experience in developing automated tests using code-based frameworks, with a proven ability to lead test engineers in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
•Deep understanding of different testing types: functional, regression, integration, performance, UI/UX testing.
•Track record of designing and executing scalable QA strategies aligned with fast-growing engineering teams.
•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualification
•Experience with automated visual regression testing.
•Background in mobile or web-based consumer products.
•Experience working in a multilingual or international environment is a plus.
•Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Actions, or similar.
