Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
Monitor global market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Planning & Forecasting
Lead demand planning and supply forecasting processes.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasts.
Balance supply and demand to optimize inventory levels and service performance.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Oversee procurement activities and supplier relationships.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Support supplier development and risk management initiatives.
Logistics & Distribution
Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Implement digital tools and KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
Inventory Management
Ensure optimal inventory levels across regions and product lines.
Reduce excess stock and improve turnover through effective policies.
Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service level, and stock-out rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with production, R&D, quality, and finance teams to align supply chain with business needs.
Support new product launches and expansion projects with supply chain readiness.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor supply chain teams across regions.
Define KPIs and monitor team performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare supply chain performance reports and dashboards.
Present updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Kinaxis, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus for global operations.
