Lead sourcing activities for direct and indirect materials, equipment, and services. Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive continuous cost improvement initiatives. Conduct supplier selection, qualification, evaluation, and contract negotiations. 制定并实施采购战略，支持公司业务发展目标。负责直接材料、间接材料、设备及服务采购。推动降本增效项目，实现采购成本优化。负责供应商开发、评估、认证及商务谈判。 Supplier Management 供应商管理 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance including quality, delivery, cost, and service. Develop supplier improvement programs and risk mitigation plans. Ensure supply continuity for critical components and materials. 建立并维护核心供应商合作关系。持续评估供应商质量、交付、成本及服务表现。推进供应商改善项目及风险管控措施。确保关键物料及零部件稳定供应。 Cost & Contract Management 成本与合同管理 Lead annual cost negotiations and long-term agreements. Analyze market trends, commodity prices, and supplier cost structures. Ensure procurement compliance and contract governance.
