Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing — Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
Supplier Management — Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain strong long‑term relationships.
Negotiation Leadership — Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve competitive advantages.
Cost Optimization — Analyze cost drivers, benchmark markets, and deliver measurable cost‑saving initiatives.
Risk Management — Assess supply risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing decisions with business needs.
Market Intelligence — Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and emerging suppliers to support strategic decisions.
Contract Management — Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
Performance Tracking — Track KPIs such as cost, delivery, quality, and service levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
Solid understanding of contract law and supplier compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
