- Champion the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into operations.
- Implement advanced automation systems for manufacturing efficiency.
- Promote the use of AI for predictive maintenance, quality control, and decision-making.
Precision Machining & Powder Metallurgy:
- Ensure optimal setup and operation of high precision machining equipment.
- Oversee the manufacturing of powder metallurgy components to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D for process improvements and new product development.
Talent Development & Ownership Mindset:
- Develop and execute training programs that enhance skills and foster an ownership mindset among employees.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to ensure operational success.
