Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Materials Science, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality roles within device, electronics, or related industries. Experience managing suppliers in Asia or global supply chains is preferred. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP). Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, PCBA, assembly, or surface finishing. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T. Solid understanding of ISO quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements. Soft Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier engagement. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed.
