We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy Supply Chain Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our end‑to‑end supply chain. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong consulting background combined with hands‑on experience in supply chain planning (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP). The successful candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, optimize, and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long‑term competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic supply chain projects, including network optimization, planning transformation, digital enablement, and process redesign.
Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and cost‑to‑serve insights.
Drive the development and enhancement of planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP/IBP.
Collaborate with business units, operations, finance, and technology teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive‑level presentations to support decision‑making.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform long‑term supply chain strategy.
Support implementation of new tools, systems, and planning capabilities, ensuring adoption and measurable impact
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high‑performing supply chain strategy function.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
5–8 years of professional experience, including:Management consulting experience (top‑tier or boutique preferred) with exposure to supply chain or operations projects.
Hands‑on supply chain planning experience, such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP/IBP.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, APO, IBP, Kinaxis, o9) is a plus.
