About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established multinational industrial and technology organization currently undergoing continued business growth and expansion. To support its evolving talent strategy, the company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive recruitment activities across technical, engineering, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, and professional positions Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple channels Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct market mapping and provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and recruitment trends Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to share best practices and drive recruitment excellence Utilize various sourcing tools, talent platforms, referrals, and networking approaches to identify and engage passive candidates Support growth hiring projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function

Requirements Proven Talent Acquisition experience gained from either an executive search firm, recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house environment Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other specialist talent Experience supporting business expansion, growth hiring, or large-scale recruitment projects Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Strong communication and influencing capabilities across different organizational levels Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market information Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong learning agility, curiosity, and interest in understanding business operations and industry dynamics High level of professionalism, resilience, and customer focus Interested candidates with experience in talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment consulting, or in-house hiring for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technology, or other specialist functions are encouraged to apply.
