Talent Development Manager
Position Overview
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the company’s talent development strategy to support organizational growth and capability building. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify development needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver impactful learning and leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Development Strategy & Framework
Develop and execute the company’s talent development strategy aligned with business goals
Build and maintain core frameworks such as competency models, talent reviews, and succession planning
Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and future capability needs
2. Learning & Development Program Management
Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, leadership development, and professional skills
Lead end-to-end management of key development initiatives, including high‑potential programs
Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content, delivery methods, and learner experience
3. Talent Review & Succession Planning
Facilitate annual talent review processes and support leaders in identifying and assessing key talent
Build and maintain succession pipelines for critical positions
Develop individualized development plans (IDPs) for high‑potential employees
4. Performance & Development Enablement
Partner with HRBPs to support performance management cycles and ensure alignment with development plans
Coach managers on talent development practices, feedback, and employee growth
Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
