This role supports new product launches in Hair care and Home care by leading process development, scale‑up, and technical transfer activities. You will work closely with R&D and supply chain to run pilot and plant trials, solve production issues, and improve process efficiency.
The position also involves troubleshooting, documentation, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years in cosmetics, hair care, laundry, or related industries
Experience in process development or technical transfer in FMCG preferred
Fluent in English; the ability to speak Chinese OR Japanese is a nice-to-have.
