Strategy & Business Performance
•
Own key financial and business metrics (margins, unit economics, burn rate, CAC/LTV) and drive initiatives to improve them.
•
Build financial models to evaluate pricing, growth scenarios, and investment decisions.
•
Lead annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting, aligned to company strategy.
•
Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Marketing on ROI analysis and resource allocation.
Financial Reporting & Controls
•
Oversee all financial operations — AP/AR, general ledger, treasury, and month/year-end close.
•
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
•
Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data integrity across all financial processes.
•
Manage cash flow and working capital to keep the business on solid footing.
Team & Operations
•
Lead and develop the finance team — set clear goals, build capability, and create a culture of accountability.
•
Scale finance processes and systems to match the company's growth trajectory.
•
Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
